Return Policy:
If you aren’t satisfied with your items, please let us know! You may request a replacement or refund within 14 days of the shipment date. If you need to return a sticker, it has to be in-tact with the transfer tape and paper backing still attached! We will not ‘return’ stickers that have already been attached to a surface. Depending on the issue, we can issue a replacement item to you!
Order changes for decals and printed products:
If any changes to your order need to be made it should be done so before printing or cutting has taken place. Any items that need to reprinted are subject to a fee of 20% of the items cost to cover material costs.

If your customized item has already been cut we will not refund your order as it is no longer resellable. Thanks for understanding! If customization is requested after the order has been cut, we will not be able to honor the request. -Customized orders are not eligible for return or exchange. Order Problems: If anything goes wrong with your shipment (damage, lost package, etc.) please contact us and let us help figure it out with you!
