Return Policy:
If you aren’t satisfied with your items, please let us know! You may request a replacement or refund within 14 days of the shipment date. If you need to return a sticker, it has to be in-tact with the transfer tape and paper backing still attached! We will not ‘return’ stickers that have already been attached to a surface. Depending on the issue, we can issue a replacement item to you!
Order changes for decals and printed products:
If any changes to your order need to be made it should be done so before printing or cutting has taken place. Any items that need to reprinted are subject to a fee of 20% of the items cost to cover material costs.

If customization is requested after the order has been cut, we will not be able to honor the request. -Customized orders are not eligible for return or exchange. Order Problems: If anything goes wrong with your shipment (damage, lost package, etc.) please contact us and let us help figure it out with you! Just remember that we are a small business and sometimes despite our best efforts, things take time to resolve. If you file a PayPal claim/case without first giving us ample time to remedy the situation, you will not be given any further help as this signifies that you are not willing to work with us.
